Are the stones natural ?

All our stones — whether in cabochon or bead form — are natural (untreated, undyed, unheated) and carefully selected through a network of expert geologists, lapidaries, and gemologists.

Where do you source your stones ?

Our stones are primarily sourced from lapidaries (stone cutters) and specialist suppliers based in France, with expertise in mineralogy, gemology, and lithotherapy. This ensures our sourcing is both ethical and of the highest quality. On occasion, we may order certain stones from the United States or India, but we always prioritise French-based suppliers wherever possible.

What types of stones do you work with ?

Our jewellery features natural fine stones, opaque or translucent, cut in cabochon or bead form. We do not currently work with faceted stones.

What is a cabochon ?

A cabochon is a polished stone with a flat underside and a domed upper surface — no facets, just pure, smooth beauty.

What thread do you use for bead-weaving ?

We use Fireline, a fused braided nylon thread known for its exceptional strength, flexibility, and durability. It doesn't fray and holds beautifully over time. For beaded bracelets, we use Wildfire thread — slightly thicker and expandable, allowing the bracelet to be slipped on without a clasp.

Are the jewels heavy to wear ?

Our pieces are very lightweight, as they are made up of small, delicate elements. The exact weight of each piece is indicated in the product description.

Can I shower or sleep wearing my jewellery ?

To keep your jewellery looking its best over time, we recommend :

  • Avoiding contact with liquids, creams, and corrosive substances,
  • Avoiding knocks and impacts,
  • Storing pieces in their box or pouch when not worn.

What metals do you use for earrings ?

All our earring findings are made from :

  • 925/1000 sterling silver,
  • Gold-plated 925/1000 sterling silver (3 microns),
  • 14K Gold Filled*.
*14K Gold Filled is an American technique that mechanically bonds a thick layer of 14-carat gold (58.5% pure gold) onto a brass base. Unlike gold plating, gold filled does not flake, resists oxidation, and retains its brilliance over time.

Are your jewels hypoallergenic ?

Yes. All metals used are hypoallergenic :

  • 925 sterling silver, gold-plated 925 sterling silver, and 14K gold filled for earring findings, necklace chains, and ring settings.
  • Stainless steel for chain bracelets.

Where are your jewels made ?

All our pieces are designed and handcrafted in France, in our Parisian atelier located in the 18th arrondissement.

How do I care for my jewellery ?

  • Cleaning: Use a small makeup brush or cotton swab to gently dust the stone and beads. Buff the metal softly with a chamois cloth to remove any oxidation marks.
  • Purifying & recharging your stones: Place your jewellery on a rock crystal geode, a selenite plate, or a flower of life, and perform a gentle fumigation with Palo Santo or white sage.

What are the delivery times ?

Orders are prepared within 3 business days of purchase. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier — the following are indicative :

  • 2–4 business days for mainland France, Andorra, and Monaco,
  • 2–5 business days for Europe and International,
  • 3–6 business days for French overseas territories (DOM).

⚠️ For deliveries outside mainland France, we recommend allowing up to 15 business days in total, including order preparation and carrier handling.

How can I track my order?

RETURNS & AFTER-SALES SERVICE

Can I return a jewel ?

⚠️ Returns are only accepted for orders shipped withinmainland France, under the conditions outlined in our refund policy

What if my jewel is damaged ?

As a gesture of goodwill and beyond any legal obligation, we offer repair support within 3 months of receiving your order. This commercial guarantee covers manufacturing defects under normal conditions of use.

⚠️ It does not apply to damage resulting from misuse, accidents, normal wear, or third-party intervention.

✨ Beyond this period, or for any other reason, repairs may be carried out on a quote basis, at the customer's expense.

I lost one earring — can you remake it ?

Feasibility depends on the piece in question. Since each stone is unique (especially cabochon-cut stones), it can be difficult — or sometimes impossible — to source a matching stone.

Please don't hesitate to contact us if this happens; we will do our best to find the most suitable solution for you.

Can I order a personalised jewel ?

Absolutely! We love co-creating your perfect piece — one that truly reflects who you are. You can submit a personalisation request at any time via our online contact form.

Can I bring my own stones for you to create a jewel ?

Yes! We accept commissions using your own cabochon-cut stones. Feel free to contact us and share your treasures with us — we'll assess the project's feasibility together.

We don't have a permanent physical boutique in Paris, but you can :
