Refund policy

‼️ Returns are accepted for products shipped within the European Union only.

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code and EU Directive 2023/2673, consumers residing in the European Union have a withdrawal period of 14 days from the date of receipt of their order to return an item for a refund. You do not need to justify your decision or pay any penalties, except for return shipping costs.

Please return the item within the period mentioned above.

‼️ Items must not have been worn/tried on and must be returned in their original packaging.

An acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal will be sent to the buyer by email.

Items returned in new condition and without any alteration will be refunded using the payment method used at the time of purchase, including the shipping costs paid at the time of your order. This refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of your return by TISS'MÉ.

‼️ Return shipping costs are additional costs at your expense and are therefore not refunded.

Custom-made items produced to order are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

To protect the item during transport, please place it carefully in its original packaging or in a suitable cardboard box (do not use a paper envelope) and send it to : Jacinta LEMENN, TISS'MÉ, 66 rue de la Folie-Régnault 75011 PARIS.
