Refund policy

‼️ Returns are only accepted for products sent to mainland France.

If a product does not meet your expectations and in accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of receipt of your order to return it for a refund. You do not need to provide a reason or pay any penalties, apart from the return postage costs.

Please return the item within the timeframe mentioned above and, within the same timeframe, notify me that you are exercising your right of withdrawal by email to tissme.paris11@gmail.com or by post to Jacinta LEMENN - TISS'MÉ - 66 rue de la Folie Régnault 75011 PARIS.

The item(s) must not have been worn or tried on and must be returned in their original packaging.
A confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal will be sent to the buyer by email.
Items returned in new condition and without having been altered will be refunded via the payment method used at the time of purchase, including the delivery charges paid at the time of your order. This refund will be processed no later than 30 days from the date on which TISS'MÉ is notified of the cancellation.

The cost of returning an order is an additional charge payable by you and is therefore not refunded.
Custom-made items produced to order are excluded from the right of cancellation.

To protect the item during transit, please place it carefully in its original packaging or in a suitable cardboard box (do not use a paper envelope) and send it to: Jacinta LEMENN, TISS'MÉ, 66 rue de la Folie-Régnault 75011 PARIS.

You are responsible for the costs and risks of transport.
