Communications you have with us (via the contact form on our website, by email, telephone, text message or on social media): we record the fact that you have contacted us and may retain the content of your communication, as well as your contact details and our replies.
Location data, IP address and browser type: we use these to estimate taxes and delivery charges
Delivery address: we will ask you to enter this to estimate delivery charges before you place your order, and to send you your order

Customer account data : until your account is closed or you request its deletion
Payment data : for the duration of the transaction, with no retention beyond that
Customer reviews : for the duration of their publication on our shop
Cookies : maximum 13 months (CNIL recommendation)

At the end of these periods, your data will be deleted or anonymised. You may request the deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at tissme.paris11@gmail.com.

Your rights regarding your data

If you have an account or have left comments on the website www.tissmebijoux.fr, you may request a file containing all the personal data we hold about you, including that which you have provided to us. You may also request the deletion of your personal data. This does not include data stored for administrative, legal or security purposes.

Sharing of your personal data

Certain customer information will be shared with the carrier (namely surname, first name, address, postcode and telephone number) to enable the processing and delivery of the products ordered. Visitors’ comments may be checked using an automated service to detect spam.

No personal information is sold to third parties for commercial purposes. Certain data may be shared with our subcontractors (carriers, Judge.me, payment providers) strictly for the purpose of providing our services, as detailed in this policy.

Use of your data by artificial intelligence services

As part of our presence on the Shopify platform, public information relating to our products (descriptions, images, prices, availability) may be indexed and used by third-party artificial intelligence services, such as ChatGPT (OpenAI), Microsoft Copilot or other Shopify partner e-commerce platforms. This data is limited to public product information and does not include any personal data about you. You can consult the privacy policies of these third-party services to find out more about their data processing practices.

Processing of payment data

Payments made on our shop are processed by Shopify Inc. via their secure payment infrastructure. We do not store your bank details on our servers at any time. Shopify offers several payment methods (Apple Pay, PayPal, credit card, etc.) which the customer is free to choose at the time of payment. Each of these service providers acts as an independent data controller for payment data. We invite you to consult their respective policies to find out more about their practices.

Customer reviews – Judge.me app

In order to collect and display customer reviews of our products, we use the Judge.me app (Judge.me Inc.), which is integrated into our shop. In this context, we collect the following data from our customers via Judge.me:

Identity data : surname, first name, email address, telephone number, postal address
Usage data : IP address, browser type, pages visited
Technical data : session, preference and security cookies
Link data : association between your review and your purchase

This data is used to publish your reviews on our shop, maintain the review service and analyse our business. For these processing activities, TISS'MÉ acts as the data controller and Judge.me as the data processor.

Judge.me may also use this data for its own marketing purposes (targeted advertising, Facebook audiences) on the basis of its legitimate interests. For these specific uses, Judge.me acts as an independent data controller — any complaints regarding this processing must be addressed directly to Judge.me.

Link data may be shared with Shopify and the Shop app in order to display your reviews relating to our products on this platform.

‼️ Returns are only accepted for products sent to mainland France. 

If a product does not meet your expectations and in accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of receipt of your order to return it for a refund. You do not need to provide a reason or pay any penalties, apart from the return postage costs.

Please return the item within the timeframe mentioned above and, within the same timeframe, notify me that you are exercising your right of withdrawal by email to tissme.paris11@gmail.com or by post to Jacinta LEMENN - TISS'MÉ - 66 rue de la Folie Régnault 75011 PARIS.

The item(s) must not have been worn or tried on and must be returned in their original packaging.
A confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal will be sent to the buyer by email.
Items returned in new condition and without having been altered will be refunded via the payment method used at the time of purchase, including the delivery charges paid at the time of your order. This refund will be processed no later than 30 days from the date on which TISS'MÉ is notified of the cancellation.

The cost of returning an order is an additional charge payable by you and is therefore not refunded.
Custom-made items produced to order are excluded from the right of cancellation.

To protect the item during transit, please place it carefully in its original packaging or in a suitable cardboard box (do not use a paper envelope) and send it to: Jacinta LEMENN, TISS'MÉ, 66 rue de la Folie-Régnault 75011 PARIS.

You are responsible for the costs and risks of transport.
